Policy Concerning Children

In order to maintain the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the spa for you as well as other clients, we do not allow children downstairs in the spa area. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

What to Wear in the Spa

Your modesty is always taken into consideration. You may wear a bathing suit or undergarment that will not be spoiled by staining from wax or oils. Disposable underpanties are available. We suggest bringing an additional set of undergarments for dressing after any body treatments.

Arrival Time

To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Any late arrival may result in rescheduling or reducing the time of your service.

Cancellation Policy

Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. For this reason we require at least 24 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellation or changes to your appointment without adequate notice will be charged to your regular fee.
